My Dell Studio 1535 keeps on shutting down at various intervals!

My Dell Studio 1535 is 1 year old now and recently it started shutting down without any warning at regular intervals!

It was shutting down even in the middle of the work, I was totally frustrated.

Before contacting Dell Support, I did a Google research which proved I am not the only one facing such issue. I came across many posts with similar issues and also some suggestions to fix this issue.

Processor Thermal-Cooling Assembly

The problem was with the thermal cooling assembly, which was not doing its job because there was not enough air circulation because the filter was fully covered with dust!

You can open and clean the thermal cool assembly by removing 9 screws as shown below:

Clean the fan as well as the air filter for proper air circulation. No more sudden shut down, no more complaints!
